About Mike Melles

Mike Melles is a Registered Psychotherapist in Kingston, Ontario, offering counselling for adults and couples.

With over 20 years of experience, Mike helps clients improve communication, manage and repair conflict, rebuild trust, and develop practical strategies for lasting change and a healthier life.

Mike worked with Resolve Counselling Services (formerly K3C) from 2004 to 2019 and now works full-time in private practice.

He began his career as a teacher, lived overseas for seven years, and earned a Master of Education in Counselling from Acadia University.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys cycling, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.
